Kesari Kheer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Soak in water RICE 200 GRAM
  • MILK 2.5 LT.
  • SUGAR 300 GRAM
  • SAFFRON 01 GRAM
  • SILVER LEAF 10 EACH
  • Powdered GREEN CARDAMOM 03 GRAM

 




How to make Kesari Kheer:

Soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour. Drain and boil in milk. When cooked add the green cardamom powder and the saffron threads. Sweeten with sugar and serve chilled or warm as required garnished with the silver leaf
